Chicken Salad (serves 4 - 6)
Salad
1 Package Original or Chicken Sapporo Ichiban Noodles
1 Small head of cabbage or lettuce (shredded)
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
5 Chopped green onions
Dressing
1 Sapporo Ichiban Flavour Pack (inside noodle pack)
3 tbsp. vinegar
½ cup vegetables oil
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
Garnish
2 Tbsp. Taipan Roasted Sesame Seeds
½ cups sliced almonds
Preparation: Mix salad ingredients with crumbled, uncooked noodles. Prepare dressing and mix well into salad. Store in covered container overnight in refrigerator. Just before serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and almonds.
